for Spring 2026

Teen Yoga meet every Monday at 5:30pm-6:30pm for yoga especially for teenagers. Term time sessions and the class is run by a Duke of Edinburgh assessor and the classes are perfect for the physical skill section.

Move & Flow Pilates class every Monday evening, 6:45pm –7:45pm.

Pop in to the drop in coffee morning meet the 1^st Tuesday morning in the month 10:00am- 12:00pm.

Board Games evening run on the 1^st Wednesday of the month from 7:00pm.

Craft Night meet every 2^nd Wednesday in the month from 7:00pm. Bring your craft project and work in the company of others.

4 D Dance have new weekly classes, 3:45-6:00pm.

Petersfield Pickles is our popular toddler and baby group every Thursday morning during term time, 10:00am- 11:30am.

17^th Cambridge Guides meet here every Thursday evening during term time. Email on [email protected] to enquire.

Cambridge Socialist Workers Party meeting, Thursdays at 7:30pm.

Messy Pickles is here every Friday morning from 10:00am during term time.

Grey Heron Internal Arts weekly class on a Friday, 12:30pm-1:15pm

Dance with the Museum once a month, Friday afternoons for residents from the local sheltered housing schemes.

Cambridge Climate Therapists host a monthly climate cafe where they facilitate a listening circle, 3:00-4:30pm.

Renew Inclusive Church meet here every 2^nd and 4^th Sunday, from 10:00am.

Mosiac Art Studio – come and join the workshop to make your choice of lamp, candle holder and more. Morning or afternoon sessions available

Our Hall can also be booked for children's birthday parties, team away days or even Summer School sessions.

Our Meeting Room is an excellent space for groups to meet.

Our story

Story of Romsey Mill
Cara Coffee

Cara Coffee is a social enterprise run through a partnership with Great Shelford Free Church to support the work of Romsey Mill. The coffee shop on 29 High Street, Great Shelford, is run by amazing volunteers, and is a community hub serving delicious ethically sourced coffee, drinks and food.
Youth Development Team

Romsey Mill's Youth Development Team engages with young people (aged 10 - 21 years) across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, to help them live fulfilling lives and inspire change in the world around them.
Community facilities

Romsey Mill has various community rooms and facilities available for hire at Romsey Mill Centre (the charity's own building) and at Ross Street Community Centre.
Young parents

The Young Parents Programme is a leading provider offering support and friendship for teenage and young people in Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire. The support includes home visits, individual support, antenatal classes tailored for young parents, peer support and child development, education and further training.
Our Pre-school

Our Early Years programme, based at our Pre-school setting in Romsey Mill Centre, caters for 2 - 4 year olds.
Main Hall

The Main Hall at Mill Road Community Centre (CB1 2GN) is a large (135m2), light filled venue, perfect for large and small group events and celebrations. It can also be split into two smaller hireable spaces.
Romsey Mill Charity Shop

Our Charity Shop is based at 176 Mill Road in Cambridge and provides preloved clothing, toys, books and lots of of other household items.
Training

We are passionate about empowering passionate people to provide good quality youth work. We currently offer training for the Level 2 Award in Youth Work Principles (running for 12 weeks from Monday 24th February 2025, excluding school and Bank Holidays), suitable for current and future youth workers to develop new skills and gain qualifications.
